H.I.H Prince Regent Nguyen Phuc Buu Chanh of Vietnam, H.I.H. Princess Phan Lien of Vietnam and the Vietnamese Imperial Family along with the Imperial Crown Council of Vietnam wish to express their sincere condolences at the passing of H.I.H. Crown Prince Bao Long of Vietnam, on the 28th July 2007. He was the eldest son of the late Emperor Bao Dai and his wife the late Empress Nam Phuong.

      H.I.H Crown Prince Bao Long is succeeded by his younger brother H.I.H. Prince Bao Thang, who now becomes the Head of the Imperial House of Vietnam.

His death will create a very great loss to all who knew him.
