The Russian College of Heraldry Presidium have pleasure to proudly announce that both Commander Valery Yegorov, St Andrew Principal Herald Master, Head of the International Department and Natalie Yegorova, Principal Heraldic Artist to the CHR, have been enrolled as Distinguished Fellows of our sister-organization – the American College of Heraldry.

     It was thanks to John Philip Brooke-Little (b. 1927 † 2006), who was than Norroy and Ulster King of Arms) that Valery Yegorov`s first monarchist account (in English) was published in The Coat of Arms, N.S. Volume VIII, No. 148, Winter 1989, pp. 138-140. The publication was warmly welcomed by the western heraldic society, and the Author received a great lot of positive opinions.
